    While the park's allure is its natural beauty and bayside scenery, Colt State Park features a number of facilities to ensure a fun day of sightseeing. Colt State park offers an information center, historical museum, fire pits, 10 playing fields, picnic tables and gazebos. While reservations are not necessary for picnic tables, reservations are required to use fireplace sights and gazebos.
  • Does the park offer bike trails?

    Yes. Colt State Park offers four miles of bicycle trails passing along the Narragansett Bay and through 464 acres of fruit trees, flowering bushes, and manicured lawns. Along the way, you'll find picnic tables and stunning panoramas of the bay as you curve along Rhode Island's spectacular shoreline.
