Q - What Time Is Check-In and Check-Out?
A: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.  

Q: What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
A: May - October: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax. November - April: You must cancel by 6pm day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax. Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.


 
Q - Pet Policy 
A: We apologize but the Bristol Harbor Inn does not allow pets.

Q: Do You Offer High-Speed Internet Access?
A: We offer complimentary high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.
 
Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?
A: Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Department. 






 
 

Q: Are There Coffee Makers, Microwaves, Refrigerator/Freezer In The Rooms?
A: All guest rooms are equipped with coffee makers and refrigerators. Suites have microwaves. Some suites also have kitchenettes. Please call our professional Reservation Consulting Team to assist with reserving the room type that best suits your needs.
 
Q: How Many Floors Does The Hotel Have? Is There An Elevator?
A: The hotel has 3 floors and there is an elevator. The Studio Apartment, Diman Suite, Taylor Suite and Penthouse Suite do not have elevator access.
 
Q: Is There A Fitness Center?
A: Yes, it is accessible 24 hours for our guests. We also have a Micro Spa which is available by appointment only. Please visit our website www.bristolharborinn.com/spa for more information.
 
Q: Do We Have A Business Center?
A: No, but we do have a computer station in the lobby area for hotel guests.
 
Q: Do We Have A Pool?
A: The hotel does not have a pool.
 
Q: Do We Have A Guest Laundry?
A: Yes, there is a Guest Laundry available for hotel guests.
 
Q. Are There On-Site Dining Options?
A: No, but there are several options within walking distance. Empire Tea and Company offers discount for hotel guests. DeWolf Tavern, adjacent to the hotel, offers lunch and dinner. Q - How Much Is Parking At The Hotel?
A: There is no parking fee. There is also parking across the street in the Library Lot.
