Q. What Time Is Check-In and Check-Out?
A. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.  Must be 21 or older to make a reservation. 

Q. What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
A. May - October: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax.
     November - April: You must cancel by 6pm day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax.
     We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy in which full payment
     is due at the time of booking.  
     Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.

Q. Do We Require A Deposit When Making Your Reservation? 
A. We require a one-night deposit to guarantee a reservation. 

Q. Pet Policy
A. We apologize but the Bristol Harbor Inn does not allow pets.

Q. Do You Offer High-Speed Internet Access?
A. We offer high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.
 
Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?
A. Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Team. 






 
 

Q. Are There Coffee Makers, Microwaves, Refrigerator/Freezer In The Rooms?
A. All guest rooms are equipped with coffee makers and refrigerators. Suites have microwaves. Some suites also have kitchenettes.
     Please call our Reservations Team to assist with reserving the room type that best suits your needs.
 
Q. How Many Floors Does The Hotel Have? 
A. The main hotel has 3 floors, 48 rooms and suites, and there is an elevator.
     There are 8 other rooms and suites located in histroic buildings which do not have elevators. 
     The one bedroom suites with kitchens also do not have elevator access.
     Room descriptions are located under the "Rooms" tab of our website explaining which room types have stairs for access.

Q. Is There A Fitness Center?
A. Yes, it is accessible 24 hours.
     We also have a Micro Spa which is available by appointment only. Please visit our website www.bristolharborinn.com/spa for more information.
 
Q. Do We Have A Business Center?
A. We have 2 lobby kiosks with use of a computer and printer. 

Q. Do We Have A Pool?
A. No.

Q. Do We Have A Guest Laundry? 
A. Yes.

A. Yes.  Empire Tea and Coffee offers discount for hotel guests.
