- Nov 1 - Apr 30: All reservations must be changed or canceled by 6pm eastern time on the day of arrival in order to avoid a no show charge equal to 1 night's room rate and applicable taxes.
- May 1 - Oct 31: All reservations must be canceled seventy-two hours (72 hours) prior to arrival date in order to avoid a no show charge equal to the first night's room rate and applicable taxes.
- Nov 1 - Apr 30: no deposit
- May 1 - Oct 31: At the time of booking, a deposit equal to one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided.
