The Penthouse is a 1,500 square foot luxury apartment overlooking Bristol Harbor and Narragansett Bay.  With sleeping accommodations for 5, The Penthouse is the perfect summer rental for the family.  Sweeping views of Narragansett Bay and dramatic sunsets from the living room, balcony and bedroom, make this an ideal hideaway for couples as well.

The Penthouse has one bedroom with 2 queen size beds and 1 sofa bed.  There are 2 full baths, one with a Jacuzzi bath tub.  The spacious living room has 2 couches, cable television and a dining set.  The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, gas range, microwave and full-size refrigerator.  Pots, pans, utensiles and plateware are provided. 

One set of linens is provided for the bedroom and the bath.  A washer and dryer is included in the unit for doing laundry.  One reserved parking space is provided.

Narragansett Provision Company is located at Thames Street Landing just outside your door.  They have the basics for the kitchen and laundry room, and excellent soups, sandwiches and pastry.  Seabra Market is located on Hope Street (Route 114), 3 miles north of Thames Street Landing.  Super Stop & Shop is located on Metacom Avenue (Route 136) 5 miles from Thames Street Landing.
